Job Role/Job Position: “Business Development Executive” (B.D.E).
Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven oriented “Business Development Executive” to join our B2B Sales Team and represent Robu.in at Delhi/N.C.R/Noida/Gurugram & other regions of North-India. As a “Business Development Executive”, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with B2B Customers, identifying new business opportunities, and driving high-value orders. You will play a vital role in expanding our market presence and achieving the sales targets.
Job Location: Delhi/N.C.R/Noida/Gurugram (North-India).
Number of Position’s: 01 only.
Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, MBA, Marketing/Sales, or a relevant/related field would be preferred.
Experience: 1 to 2 Years’ of relevant experience in Business Development or any similar role.

Salary Range: ₹3,61,785/– to ₹4,23,227/- CTC Per Annum. (₹25,000 to ₹30,000 In-Hand Salary Per Month) + P.F + ESIC + Gratuity & Health Insurance Benefit provided by the company.Â
** Travel Expenses/Accommodation: If travelling/accommodating for work out-side Delhi/N.C.R/Noida/Gurugram or to any-other city in North India shall be borne/paid or reimbursed by the Company. Travel Expenses related to field work/client visits (Fuel charges) within Delhi/N.C.R/Noida/Gurugram shall be borne/paid or reimbursed by the Company.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven experience as a “Business Development Executive” or a similar role, preferably in the Electronics, Robotics, or Technical Components/Products industry.
- Must be a resident of Delhi/N.C.R/Noida/Gurugram- North India, with a thorough understanding of the local markets and customer preferences.
- Valid Driving License and Willingness to Travel extensively within the assigned territories.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to interact effectively with clients and internal teams.
- Strong business acumen and the ability to identify opportunities for business growth and expansion.
- Result-oriented approach with a track record of achieving Sales-targets and generating high-value orders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/MBA, Marketing-Sales, or a related field would be preferred.
Job Role & Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular physical visits to B2B Customers in Delhi/N.C.R/Noida/Gurugram- North Indian region to understand their needs and promote Robu.in’s products and services.
- Identify Potential-Clients, Develop Leads, and convert them into active customers to grow the Customer-Base in assigned Territory/Territories.
- Establish and maintain long-term relationships with Key Decision-Makers in Client Organizations to enhance Customer Retention and Loyalty.
- Understanding the Technical Requirements of Customers and provide appropriate product recommendations to meet their needs effectively.
- Actively participate in promotional events, exhibitions, and trade shows to represent Robu.in and create brand awareness in the market.
- Conduct Market Research and Competitor Analysis to stay updated on current Industry Trends and Market Dynamics.
- Achieve sales targets, both in terms of New Customer Acquisition and revenue generation, within the assigned territory/territories.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates to the management team.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery to customers.
