B2B Lead Generation Specialist – Events and Trade Shows

Job Summary:

We seek a dynamic and results-driven B2B Lead Generation Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating high-quality leads through events, tech shows, trade shows, conferences, and other industry-related gatherings. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strategic mindset, and a proven track record in B2B lead generation.

Number of Positions: 01 only required.

Experience: 1 to 2 years only in Event-Planning, Coordinating and Executing of Tech-Events, Exhibitions and Expo’s..

Salary: In-Hand Rs.15,000/- to Rs.25,000/- per month + PF, ESIC, & Health Insurance Benefits (CTC: Rs. 2,38,094/-to Rs. 3,61,785/- per annum).

Educational Qualification: Any Bachelor’s Degree or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing/Business, or in relevant field. Candidates having the required relevant Certifications/Expertise would be a plus.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify, plan, and participate in relevant industry events, tech shows, trade shows, and conferences.
  • Develop and implement strategies to attract and capture high-quality B2B leads from events.
  • Engage with potential clients, partners, and industry professionals to establish relationships and identify business opportunities.
  • Conduct timely and effective follow-up with leads generated from events to nurture relationships and convert them into sales opportunities.
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment on lead generation goals and strategies.
  • Track, analyse, and report on lead generation activities and outcomes to measure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities to refine lead generation strategies continuously.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in B2B lead generation, particularly through events, trade shows, and conferences.
  • Excellent communication, networking, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Understanding of B2B sales processes and marketing strategies.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Any Stream.
  • Willingness to travel to attend events and trade shows as required.
