The ABU Robocon Events are so comprehensive and require very much of deep technical guidance. Though people at Robu.in are greatly capable and very pleased with providing such a good help to our Indian teams, yet it is very time-consuming.

Were can we register for robocon2019?
Only one team is allowed to participate from each country. To represent India in the international event a team first needs to win the Indian Qualifying Event held in the month of March of every year in Pune, Maharashtra.
Details of Indian event will be available on http://www.roboconindia.com in upcoming few days. Details of organizers are also available on that same site. Get in touch with organizers for further details.
Are we allowed to place the shagai or is it done by the organizers. If we are placing the shagai, are there any restriction on the allowed orientations for placing it?
Yes. The participants of the team are allowed to place the shagai in the Khangai area before the start of the game.(please refer the 1.3 section about The Gerege and Shagai on the Page No.9 of the Rulebook)
It is not clearly mentioned anywhere about what should be the orientation of the Shagai when a team places the Shagai in Khangai area.
But you can raise a question in FAQ’s section(link is given below) on official Mongolian website for Robocon 2019, where the organizing committee will answer you through a periodically updated FAQ Answer PDF.

where can we buy the SHAGAI and GEREGE used in the robocon 2019 game.

You have two options as below
1. You can buy the Shagai and Gerege from Mongolia’s official site for Robocon 2019, link is as below

The cost of Shagai and Gerege is 30 USD/per piece and 65 USD/per piece respectively and this is also followed by shipping cost too!!!
2. As it is seen that the cost of both the equipment is quite high, we at Robulabs planning to make the Gerege as per the dimensions and guidelines given in ABU Robocon 2019 Mongolia Rulebook and make it available to our Indian teams, so that their efforts and money will be saved.
The Gerege will be available at Robu.in site up till 20st of the December and at low cost. Note that this Gerege is not official Gerege(you can buy one from Official Mongolia Robocon site only), but it is designed and manufactured by considering dimensions and guidelines given on Official Magnolia Robocon site.

where can we find complete dimensions of track for robocon 2019 ?
Since during the making of Rulebook for every year’s Robocon Theme the dimensions of the Game Field are decided and mentioned in great hurry. Hence, the dimensions aren’t mentioned completely and properly.
But they are updated immediately after few days of the release of Rulebook on the respective host countries official Robocon site.
To find the complete and well-written dimensions of the Game Field for ABU Robocon 2019 Mongolia Theme, go to the official Mongolian site(link is given below) for Robocon 2019 and click on the FIGURES tab which you will find on the Home Page of the site.

Theme has just launched. Wait for some time for Indian organizers to finalize details. Sometimes Indian organizers differ from international rules.
